This page will show all the locations of Secrets that you can find in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. As Cal Kestis explores the galaxy, he may come across areas that contain unique Force Echoes that unlock Secrets. By interacting with the locations, he will unlock upgrades that increase both his Life and Force.
To make things as easy as possible, all Secret locations have been broken down and categorized into the areas in which they are found.

Do note that to unlock this particular Life Essence, you will need access to the Force Push ability.
To find this secret, make your way to the second level of the Upper Strangled Cliffs and look for a small entrance that’s blocked by a wooden cage from the inside. Push this cage to the end of the path and then down the ledge to the Strangled Cliffs area below.
From here, jump down the ledge and push the wooden cage to the other end of the path - be sure to defeat the Bane Back Spiders that’ll appear. Once defeated and the cage is in place, climb on top of it, jump up to vines above, and climb around until you’re on the other side of the wall.
When you’re on the other side, drop down, and you’ll discover the Life Essence on the ground.
From the workbench in Brother’s Bastion, continue following the path until you reach the large wall covered in vines.
Climb the vines and then follow the path a short distance, where you’ll find the Life Essense on the wooden platform.
From the Mediation Point, climb up the large wall and turn right once you reach the top. Follow the path forward, and you’ll find the Life Essence on the ground beside the wall.
After crossing over the Treacherous Approach and reaching the Nightmare Ruins, take the path that leads right. Now, follow the path forward and wall run across the gap at the end. Defeat the Nydak Alpha and continue down the sloped path.
After sliding down the slope, continue following the path forward, wall running across the gap, and then climbing up the large vine-covered wall. Once you reach the top, turn left and continue forward until you reach the end of the path and proceed to climb up the vines to your left.
Now, continue across the next gap and look to your right, where you’ll find a gap you can jump across. Continue up the stair and jump across the gap to your left once you reach the top.

Head forward again and climb the large vine-covered wall. Once you reach the top, balance along the tree root, where you’ll eventually reach the Stim Canister chest on a small ledge.
